We mainly work with DHL for their competitive and reliable service. All the parcels are trackable and come with the relevant paperwork.

Delivery with DHL economy:

UK: 24h

Continental Europe: 24/48h

ROW: 3 to 7 working days.

Alternatively, we can arrange delivery with the company of your choice. Feel free to ask us.

Not happy with your purchase?

We always try to find a solution for our customers.

We accept returns upon the receipt of a test report from the customer that the parts are faulty and within the 12 months warranty time.

The customer should contact us and fill the Customer Complaint Form.

We accept returns only if a RMA has been released.

Then we replace or refund the parts if the payment has already been made.
